WE HAVE ANOTHER DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!
This is a true cruising sailing vessel, fully equipped and ready for the deep blue water with lots of clean up projects.
This is a Pilothouse version of a Tayana 37, a proven offshore passage maker. The layout is ideal for cruising with or without passengers.
Interior is in good condition. She does need some organization, but most do. The salon is large, but needs attention with her upholstery. The head (rebuilt)is forward and is very spacious and has a separate shower! Storage abounds in this boat!
There has not been a recent survey and the boat has not been sailed for about one year. This boat needs an experienced boat person to get her back into her prime condition. Most all of her rigging and fittings appear to be in good condition. The windows will need some good old fashion elbow grease and plenty of polishing. The teak is weathered and needs cleaning. All of the deck woodwork needs to be refinished. Her hardware is surely unquestionable top quality.
Do not come expecting a turn key boat! This boat needs a real Sailor to make her whole again. But man... What a boat that another lucky sailor will have!
These boat details are subject to contract.
